In the first weeks of the academic year we have several trainings aimed at new people to the sports as well as more experienced riders. Check our facebookpage or the newspage on this website for the latest info about these trainings. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us!
All our trainings start from the stairs in front of the sportcentre at the UT Campus
Monday 19:30 – 20:30: fitness & power
Wednesday 19:00 – 20:30: core stability & spinning
Thursday 21:00 – 22:00: spinning
Monday 18:00 – 20:00: tourtraining
Tuesday 18:00 – 20:00: racetraining
Wednesday 18:00 – 20:00: MTB-training
Thursday 18:30 – 20:30: intermediate training
If you haven’t experience with cycling, we recommend you to join the training on Monday (road: recreational) our on Wednesday (Off road / MTB), depending on your interest. The other trainings are also available for you, but require more experience with cycling. First, contact the secretary so the trainer will know about your attendance during a regular training.
